The Japan Wool Textile Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as "the Nikke Group")
assume social responsibility for handling and protecting personal information properly.

The Nikke Group shall comply with laws and regulations related to the protection of personal information
as well as the Nikke Group's Code of Corporate Ethics. The Nikke Group will strive to respond to society's
trust based on this basic policy (the NK Group's Privacy Policy) on the protection of personal information.

• In collecting personal information, the Nikke Group shall expressly clarify the purpose of such collection and will apply legitimate and fair methods to the extent necessary to achieve such purpose.
• In using such personal information, the Nikke Group shall clarify its purpose of use on the subject of personal information and will limit its use for business operations within the scope of the purpose (except for cases stipulated by laws and regulations).
• The Nikke Group shall not disclose or provide personal information to any third parties without obtaining consent from the subject of such personal information (except for cases stipulated by laws and ordinances).
• If the Nikke Group needs to provide or entrust personal information to any third parties to outsource business operations, then the Nikke Group shall properly supervise the depositary to ensure measures for the protection of personal information.
• If the subject of the personal information requests that the Nikke Group discloses, corrects, suspends or deletes his/her own personal information, then the Nikke Group shall promptly respond to such requests in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• To ensure the accuracy and security of personal information, the Nikke Group shall appoint a person in charge of personal information management. This person will establish a proper management system, implement seminars and training for its officers and employees, and will endeavor to prevent the loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage of personal information.
• The Nikke Group shall publicly announce its Privacy Policy and establish the Nikke Group's Personal Information Protection Provisions and make them known to all officers, employees, and other stakeholders.
• The Nikke Group shall comply with laws and regulations concerning personal information and strive to continually improve its management system related to the protection of personal information.
